MEMAKNAI RASA KEADILAN MASYARAKAT ERA DIGITAL Oleh : Hartanto 27 Maret 2024 Masyarakat seluruh dunia termasuk Indonesia pada saat ini semakin tergantung dengan dunia digital sebagai salah satu konsekuensi era modern. Dahulu hukum dikatakan dinamis mengikuti perkembangan masyarakat, namun saat ini di era digital dinamisasi hukum tersebut semakin mengalami percepatan/ fluktuasi, ilustrasi era digital  society  5.0 akan semakin melekatkan teknologi dan masyarakat dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, dalam konteks penulisan ini dipersempit menjadi teknologi internet dalam berbagai bentuknya, antara lain media sosial/ platform digital yang beraneka ragam. Indonesia pada dasarnya menganut sistem  civil law .
